Easy Banana Bread Recipe🍌🍞

Back when COVID lockdown happened I started to get into baking and thats when I created this delicious banana bread recipe.


This has truly become a staple in my life, I make it all the time and everyone seems to like it a lot! This is actually Matt's favorite thing I make and I try to always bake one for him when I go to visit :)



What you need


2-3 Extra ripe banana's (the browner the better!)

2 Eggs

Sugar

Salt

Baking soda

Butter

Flour

Vanilla Extract

Sour cream

Chopped walnuts (optional)

Dark chocolate chips (optional)


Side note: I used coconut flour because for whatever reason I didn’t have regular flour at home—but I usually use regular!



How to make it


Pre-Heat oven to 350

To a mixing bowl add:

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1tsp baking soda

1tsp salt

*mix* 8 tbs melted butter

2 eggs

mash 2-3 bananas in bowl

1/4 cup sour cream

Splash of vanilla extract

*mix* add dark chocolate chips

add crushed pecans

*mix*



Line a rectangle baking tin with parchment paper

Pour mix in tin

Bake for 55 minutes

After baking, let cool for 10 minutes before serving



I usually store mine in the baking tin and cover with tin foil. I wish I could tell you how long it lasts but everyone usually eats it within a day or two lol!
